Location
This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We’re thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What you’ll do
As our new Global Media and Influencer Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and supporting the company’s global media and influencer marketing strategy for Mas+ by Messi. This individual will play a key role in ensuring best practices across the globe, working closely with local teams to ensure alignment with regional goals while maintaining consistency and innovation in global campaigns.
Additional key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with senior leadership to help define and execute global media and influencer strategies that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
Identify and manage relationships with global and regional influencers, developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and meet performance metrics.
Provide expert advice, recommendations, and best practice guidelines for local teams to ensure consistency and quality across global influencer and media campaigns. Validate the marketing mix, investment levels, strategic assumptions and become a trusted advisor to the markets.
Work with local teams to support the implementation and execution of media and influencer campaigns.
Stay ahead of trends in global influencer and media landscapes, identifying new opportunities to integrate emerging platforms and influencers into the marketing strategy.
Own influencer content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Review campaign performance metrics, working with Measurement Services to generate reports that can evaluate the success of global and regional initiatives, and enable data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
4+ years in media, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing global campaigns.
Proficiency in analytics tools and understanding the back end of social platforms like Meta Business Manager, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Ability to plan and buy campaigns within social platforms and familiarity with ad tech & measurement tools.
