As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service and support to our customers via phone, VC, and email
* Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned key accounts
* Ensure CRM systems are up to date and accurate
* Resolve customer service issues efficiently and professionally
* Assist group sales managers in following up on new business leads
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar sales or customer support role
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* A business-related degree is an advantage but not required
* Experience in logistics/transport is helpful, but full training is provided
