Our Client is a leading Charity operating across Ireland supporting some of the most marginalized individuals, couples, and families experiencing Homelessness.
Currently Hiring an experienced CNM for their Dublin Operation. Full time 35 hours per week – we are open to flexible working arrangements Permanent Contract
Key Responsibilities
* provide a safe environment for patients and staff while optimising resource utilisation, and play a supportive role in the efficient governance, operational management, and administration of nursing and healthcare services with a focus on clinical leadership.
* For new healthcare employees, provide orientation, oversight, performance monitoring, and appropriate training.
* Work together with CNMII to implement audits and reporting in accordance with applicable laws and quality standards.
* Assist important stakeholders in maintaining hygienic standards for patients, employees, and guests.
* Respect the highest standards of care and the Code of Professional Practice and Behaviours for Registered Nurses by adhering to and helping to develop and maintain nursing standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Be registered in the General Nurse Division of the Register of Nurses held by An Bord Altranais or be entitled to be so registered. (essential)
* Specialist training in community health, addiction, housing, counselling or reflected fields
* Management course (desirable)
EXPERIENCE:
* Three years Postgraduate experience. (Essential)
* Experience working with groups will complex health needs (Essential)
* Experience working with marginalised groups. (Desirable)
* Experience managing individuals & teams (Desirable)
