Would you like to represent a business that contributes to a healthier and more sustainable way of living?
Are you looking for a fresh start to 2024?
As Regional Manager you will work closely with your team of circa 12x Territory Managers who cover Ireland (and Belfast). Your team will call upon convenience and independent retailers playing a crucial role in increasing sales of Danone products.
Danone’s portfolio includes well-known products such as dairy & plant based (like Activia & Alpro), bottled water brands (Evian & Volvic) and specialised nutrition (Aptamil). Every minute of every day, 3,600 people are eating or drinking a Danone product - your team will play a huge role in helping Danone drive sales by working to increase distribution and actively selling into key contacts within your assigned territory.
The role includes the provision of an electric car, which, in addition to being environmentally friendly will benefit you with lower Benefit-in-kind (BIK) tax payments. We have a policy in place to support the installation of a charger and all electricity costs are reimbursed. You will be part of the first team where over 70% of the fleet is green, aligning with Danone’s sustainability values.
Field based on a daily basis, you will be a natural people manager, supporting and coaching your team on daily basis, during regular field visits, to reach their full potential. We help brands sell more and you will ideally have experience of managing a field based sales team. You will have experience delivering stretching targets and love working within a fast paced and varied role.
