It is an independent acute psychiatric teaching hospital with 180 in-patient beds and is one of the leading European providers in mental health treatment and care.
The Hospital currently provides specialist services in Substance Misuse, Psychotic Disorders, Eating Disorders, Psychiatry of Later Life, and Adolescent Disorders.
The Hospital is affiliated with University College Dublin and Trinity College Dublin.
DescriptionHead of Quality, Risk & Regulatory Compliance – St John of God Hospital CLG The Head of Quality, Compliance & Risk is responsible to the Chief Executive, assuming responsibility at a senior leadership level for quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management across St John of God Hospital and St Joseph's Centre Shankill, supporting the clinical governance framework.
They will provide strategic leadership to the delivery of forward-thinking, regulatory compliance, effective, efficient, safe, and quality-assured services, providing best-in-class service provision that is compassionate and data-led.
The primary objective is to ensure that our services create continued improvement from the clinical governance information generated and that we are a quality improvement and regulatory compliance risk-minimized focused service.
In so doing, the post holder will ensure the provision of such leadership in accordance with the ethos and values of St John of God Hospitaller Services Group and that the organisation's quality and regulatory requirements are improved, adhered to, implemented, and maintained.
