Job Summary
Audit Manager will oversee a portfolio of audit and accounts engagements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts engagements.
* Review statutory financial statements and corporation tax returns prepared by junior staff.
* Supervise junior staff, providing technical guidance and conducting periodic appraisals.
* Liaise with clients to ensure excellent service and identify additional client needs.
* Contribute to business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Requirements
* ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
* Minimum 3 years PQE in an audit department or practice.
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS, and ISAs.
* Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
