Professional Experience
* Minimum five years of experience in GMP manufacturing with a focus on automation.
* Expertise in automation solutions such as Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory environments.
* Experience managing system access, backups, and restores to maintain uptime and security.
* Ability to develop and implement global automation strategies to standardise processes.
* Hands-on experience in small-scale project execution to enhance system performance.
* Familiarity with industry standards such as GAMP, ANSI/ISA, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and process optimisation.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based culture, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
Education
* Degree in Engineering (Automation, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field) or equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of GxP/QA compliance and ANSI/ISA-99, 100 standards.
* Experience contributing to capital planning and project execution.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and train team members.
* A proactive approach to technology trends and innovation, ensuring continuous improvement in automation processes.
