We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded law firm, seeking an experienced Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources Lawyer (2-4 years’ PQE) to join their leading team in Dublin. The Role:
Advising clients on energy, infrastructure, and natural resources law, including regulatory, project development, and transactional matters
Drafting and negotiating key agreements, such as power purchase agreements (PPAs), joint ventures, and financing arrangements
Supporting clients on planning, environmental, and regulatory compliance issues
Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams on major energy transition projects, including renewables, offshore wind, and decarbonisation initiatives
Engaging with government agencies, stakeholders, and industry bodies on policy and legislative developments
The Person:
2-4 years’ PQE with experience in energy, infrastructure, or natural resources law
Strong understanding of project finance, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to work on multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate across teams
A keen interest in the renewable energy transition and sustainability
