About Your New Job
This is a new role due to expansion of the business. The successful applicant will join the Administration team and support with a variety of admin tasks including:
* Completing supplier forms and registration portals for business customers
* Contacting IT support to inform them of IT issues
* Process card payments/manage skype subscriptions
* Ordering office supplies
* Arranging bin collections
* Organise lunch for company office events
* Assist in travel arrangements (Booking hotels and taxis)
* Liaising with cleaning and repair companies for office maintenance
* Process Sales Invoices
* Book Health & Safety courses
* Support the admin team with various general admin tasks and paperwork
What Skills You Need
* Experience of working in a similar role or in an office administration role
* Strong organisations skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player
* Good communicator and fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & using computers. Particularly confident in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook
What’s on Offer
* Full time permanent position with a salary range of 28-31k depending on relevant experience
* Office hours, Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on a Friday.
