Credit Controller Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven Credit Controller to join our team, responsible for managing key customer accounts within a defined region. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily credit and collection activities for assigned customer accounts.
* Achieve monthly collection targets while monitoring aged receivables.
* Partner closely with Customer Service to resolve customer queries efficiently.
* Reconcile customer accounts for accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Handle order releases in line with company policies.
* Maintain customers' adherence to agreed credit terms, ensuring seamless processes.
* Build positive relationships with internal departments.
Requirements:
* At least 18 months of experience in a credit control environment.
* Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with a second European language desirable but not essential.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
* Proactive attitude with ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively.
* Sound financial and commercial awareness.
