Job Title: Revenue Manager
We are currently recruiting for the position of Revenue Manager at Galway Harbour Hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices while identifying new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations.
* Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
* Create and develop pricing strategies for the hotel.
* Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
* Analyse overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience.
* 4* hotel experience.
* Revenue experience within a hotel with a minimum of 80 rooms or more.
* Experience of a city hotel market.
* Strong command of both written and spoken English.
* Must be EU Citizen or in possession of an unrestrictive visa for EU.
* Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
