Corporate Pensions Administrator Our client, a large established Insurance & Financial Planning Broker, is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Corporate Administrator to manage a varied portfolio of DC pension and risk schemes. In this role, you'll support the management team, assist with business development, and ensure high standards of client service across all areas. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of DC pension schemes and corporate risk schemes. Provide top-tier administrative support to the management team. Attend meetings in a support role, assisting consultants and providing daily support to the Operations Manager and Director. Help streamline workflow and service delivery to maintain high client service standards. Oversee the processing of new business applications for pensions, investments, and life assurance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency by working directly with life companies. Keep clients updated on application progress via phone and email. Collaborate with the Pensions & Compliance Manager to ensure investment-related information is current and compliant. Contribute to business development projects. Ensure all compliance obligations are met for new business cases, including client recommendations and necessary compliance paperwork in line with Central Bank regulations. What We're Looking For QFA minimum, ideally RPA qualified or working towards 4 years' experience managing a portfolio of schemes within a Broker or Wealth Consultancy Firm. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload with initiative. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Good interpersonal skills and a proven team player. A solid track record in customer service excellence. Ability to manage your own time effectively and efficiently. A willingness to develop your technical skills and further your knowledge through study. Motivation to grow and develop within the organisation. Experience in a regulated financial planning business is a plus. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
