Primary Responsibilities:Actively drive product development (applications/software) throughout the development lifecycle and facilitate production roll-out of new functionality.Contribute to new product initiatives, new technology migrations and general system enhancements.Liaise with internal teams (e.g. business users, developers and product owners) to identify system requirements and guide various stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent progress towards defined objectives.Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and seek ways to automate testing efforts for the application’s user interfaces.Develop and apply automated testing processes for new and existing products/functionality.Provide on-going support for new functionality and features deployed with each release.Release validation to ensure the new release has been deployed correctly and is available to the business users.Manage projects to provide large-scale change or roll-out of new application processes.Provide support and escalation for Production issues to relevant Business Units within Hedgeserv.Provide training and demonstrate functionality and features to users where necessary in partnership with the HedgeServ Training Dept.Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fund Accounting and/or managing & developing financial related product/services.Knowledge of multiple functions in Fund Administration industry.Experience managing relationships with senior level stakeholders across multiple business units.Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in problem solving.
