We are expanding our team for the Platform Services and Emerging Technologies organization. You will report to an Engineering Manager.
This is a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot enterprise applications in our data center and the cloud.
2. Support thousands of developers at scale.
3. Implement and improve automation of enterprise applications.
4. Facilitate in-audit controls and security.
5. Troubleshoot integrations using APIs and SDKs.
6. Collaborate with team members on building and troubleshooting integrations.
7. Ensure reliability and uptime of applications.
8. Collaborate with the team to deliver sprint goals.
9. Create best practices.
10. Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 1-3+ years of experience supporting source control tools such as (Github, Gitlab, BitBucket, and Azure DevOps) for internal engineers.
2. 1-3+ years of experience with Linux System Administration.
3. Familiarity with reading and debugging Linux system logs.
4. Hands-on experience using Git and troubleshooting common git errors and issues.
5. Familiarity with production-level virtual machines and Cloud.
6. Familiarity with APIs and working with APIs on a low-level, such as curl.
7. Automate tasks with scripts.
8. Ability to work with ambiguous problems.
9. Ability to think abstractly and guide others.
10. Adaptability to changing requirements and projects.
11. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
12. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with GitHub Enterprise administration.
2. Experience with GitHub administration, such as repository or organization management, understanding the Audit Log, general organization settings.
3. In-depth knowledge of a programming language such as Python, Bash, or Node.
4. Familiarity with additional GitHub features such as GitHub Actions and GitHub Integrations.
5. Familiarity with Kubernetes.
6. Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Grafana.
7. Familiarity with feature flags and code quality tools.
8. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
