Job Title: House Coordinator
Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCo I) is a leading national organisation that supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism.
About the Role:
We are recruiting for House Coordinators to join our communities across various locations in Ireland, including Monaghan, Kildare, Tipperary, Kilkenny, and Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and direct a team of staff providing support to vulnerable adults in a residential setting.
* Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality care standards.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA Regulations and Standards, safeguarding requirements, and relevant legislation.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Utilise proficient IT skills to manage administrative tasks and record-keeping.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar social care setting.
* At least 3 years of experience working in the disability sector/vulnerable adults.
* Detailed understanding of current policy and developments in Social Care within disability services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full driver's license and access to own vehicle.
