number of units supplied vs. forecast).Track and manage delivery schedules in line with project timelines and client expectations.Liaise with the Purchasing Department to monitor stock levels of key products and flag potential supply risks or delays.Review sales trends and product run rates to anticipate issues, offer alternatives, and maintain a proactive approach to client needs.Build strong working relationships with builders, merchants, plumbers, and suppliers to facilitate efficient problem-solving and ensure customer satisfaction.Promote suitable product alternatives where appropriate, ensuring the best possible solution is always presented to the customer.Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and clear internal communication.Deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints – phone, email, and in person – in line with company standards.Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales support, or similar coordination role.Proven ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with a confident, personable approach.Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.High level of computer literacy and proficiency with office systems and order processing tools.Experience working with purchasing, supply chain, or logistics teams is a distinct advantage.
