What you will do
* Support PPC's Private Credit investment business, including Direct Lending Loans.
* Navigate the closing and post-closing process for transactions, escalating issues with investment teams, banks, legal counsels, and Operations teams in the U.S.
* Lead and mentor junior team members.
* Prepare and draft various legal documents, including assignment documents, incumbency certificates, assistant secretary certificates, and organizational charts.
* Review and approve funding and cash movements, trade settlement, and notifications.
* Integrate current Standard Operating Procedures with new product launches.
* Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards.
* Coordinate KYC with the Private Credit paralegals.
What you will bring
* Degree in law, paralegal studies, business management or similar field required.
* Experience as a paralegal or in a similar field.
* Experience in drafting/reviewing documents such as assignment agreements and transfer certificates.
* Ability to problem solve and work autonomously.
* Experience with Know Your Client ("KYC") requests.
* Manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organized and efficient in document management.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Intralinks.
