Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Legal Secretary in South Dublin/Wicklow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Dictaphone typing and preparing legal documents and booklets for Counsel and Court;
* Managing diaries and providing administrative support to the Litigation Partner and team;
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Demonstrated Dictaphone typing skills;
* Experience with legal document preparation and knowledge of legal terminology;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
* Knowledge of commercial and civil litigation procedures (desirable);
* Relevant certification or diploma in Legal Studies or a related field (beneficial but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality administrative support to the Litigation Partner and team;
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files;
* Preparing and submitting court documents and other legal paperwork;
* Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a timely and efficient manner;
