Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
* Develop and execute an effective induction program for new recruits
* Maintain compliance with health, safety and welfare regulations
* Assist with coordinating functions and ordering stock
About You:
* Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a bar or restaurant environment
* Relevant hospitality industry qualification and Health & Safety certification preferred
* Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
