Barden is thrilled to have partnered with the Program Director of a global Irish tech company to identify a Business Analyst to join their PMO team. This role entails analysing and documenting system and business processes for the current structure of departments and services within the business. This role will offer the right talent to innovate with advanced business analytical approaches and support the group as they drive towards the achievement of their technology strategy. This is an initial 3 month contract to begin with potential opportunity of extension.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Analyse and evaluate business processes within their online, technology-driven, and regulated industry.
* Work with teams to document existing business processes using tools such as BPMN 2.0 and capture the rationale behind current workflows.
* Create high-level process documentation across multiple business functions, including finance, HR, operations, marketing, risk & legal, product, data, and technology.
* Assess and communicate how proposed changes impact existing business processes.
* Design, document, and iterate on new business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Identify, document, and classify potential business risks.
* Engage with stakeholders across various business functions and global locations to align on process improvements.
* Contribute to business capability models, role documentation, and other strategic process initiatives.
* Establish close relationships with stakeholders based on trust and integrity, allowing to raise awareness and build momentum behind the strategy.
* Provide impartial input, ensuring all champion decisions are made through the empowerment of collaboration.
* Management of change processes, helping the group to adapt toward new requirements or improvements to the strategy.
* Understand what is to be achieved through greater agility.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
* Possess up to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a regulatory industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
* Demonstrated expertise in process analysis with proficiency in documenting complex business processes.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* Experience in risk management and classification is preferred.
* Knowledge of business capability modelling and role documentation is an advantage.
Note: The company operates with a hybrid work approach, with approximately two days a week in its Dublin office.
