Requirements for the role: The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fully trained and certified in HACCP.
Full understanding of budgeting and labour costs.
Ideally, the right candidate would have a creative license to create new menus and deliver the finest food West Cork has to offer.
We are looking for a passionate person to be a leader in a really busy kitchen environment.
Accommodation is available for this position if needed.
Compensation: This position offers a salary between €50,000 to €60,000 depending on experience.
Bonuses for waste control and labour cost management.
All tips are shared equally between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
