We have an opportunity for a Logistics Assistant Manager to support the effectiveness of the daily operations and be responsible for line management of the logistics team.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
* Supporting the effectiveness of daily operations, management, and development of logistics colleagues
* Responsible for daily outbound and inbound operational directions impacting supply chain performance
* Working with head of logistics manager to develop operational strategy and planning
* Working with a process-led approach and actively liaise with other functional areas to improve operational performance
* Identify areas of underperformance and act decisively to address these areas
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* Retail logistics experience would be an advantage
* Strong IT skills including Excel
* Experience with Navision would be an advantage
* Collaborative team approach
