Job Title: Sr. Technical Program Manager

The Sr. Technical Program Manager in Workforce Solutions will lead program management in building all the technology-enabled recruitment process for Amazon.

About the Role:
* Manage cross-cutting technical products and projects with industry-wide impact.
* Have a proven track record of planning and delivering complex programs with multi-year roadmap, using incremental delivery methods.
* Experience working on complex software systems in a customer-centric environment, driven cross-group teams spread across multiple geographies.
* Handle communication from engineers to VPs.
We expect you to write strategic documents and influence large groups of senior stakeholders.
You are able to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions.
