Service Desk Coordinator
A challenging role has become available for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our client's team in Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer care skills, previous experience in hospitality or a call centre environment, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently
* Prepare and deliver high-quality reports as required
* Troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
* Offer flexibility to meet clients' unique needs
* Respond promptly to tickets and client inquiries
* Deliver onsite customer support when necessary
* Meet strict service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality, call centres, or receptionist positions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
