We are recruiting Engineers with transferable skills and preferably field-based experience. Delivering the highest standard of customer excellence to our dental customers and carrying out reactive, planned, or installation projects at practices when required.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Repair and maintenance of equipment
* Preventative maintenance visit
* Installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Pre and post installation technical support
* Technical advice to customers and company staff
* Awareness of and forwarding of all equipment sales leads and service contract opportunities to sales staff
* Assistance in resolution of technical queries and complaints
* Assistance in pre installation and surgery design
* Parts identification and control of van parts stock
QM System Responsibilities:
* Comply with Company’s Quality & Environmental Management System requirements, i.e. perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
* Understand and apply our quality and environmental policy statements in all aspects of your work.
* Contribute towards achieving the company’s objectives.
* Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
* Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.
