Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to join our project, focusing on the European side of the programme.
Key Skills Required:
* Minimum three Oracle Cloud HCM implementations covering core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent, and Goals.
* Implementation experience with other ERP HCM applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.).
* Strong change and transformation expertise from both user and business process perspectives.
* Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality (Smartview, OTBI, etc.).
* Hierarchy and security requirements identification.
Areas of Responsibility:
* Serving as the key representative for HR systems to the wider global implementation team.
* Developing and supporting expert users in the business, working with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
* Collaborating with HR teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones.
* Managing external resources to deliver projects as required.
