The ideal candidate will be an experienced chef with good cooking skills who is well-accustomed to cooking in a busy environment and managing a small kitchen. Key requirements include:
1. Minimum of two years’ experience working as a Senior Chef within a restaurant or hospitality venue environment.
2. A passion for food and the food industry in general
3. Possess good leadership capabilities, including the ability to coach team members on the job
4. Hold a good understanding of how to monitor and influence food cost within the operation
5. The ability to maintain high operating standards and consistency across the kitchens
