Job Summary:
The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of multiple facilities within a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operations of all facilities within the region. Ensure all facilities are maintained to a high standard and comply with safety regulations.
* Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facilities budget. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise facility staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
* Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with relevant regulatory bodies.
* Project Management: Oversee facility renovation and improvement projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Working Conditions:
* Ability to travel within the region as required.
* Availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
