The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Logistics Coordinator & SAP Administrator (6 months fixed term) role will make an impact:
1. Works as single point of contact for all internal customers on issue resolution.
2. Works closely with Third Party Operations on issue resolution.
3. Serve as a functional expert in distribution, WMS/TMS systems, electronic data interchange and distribution processes.
4. Understand and support what is required to ensure the highest possible inventory accuracy in Viatris SAP system.
5. Monitor all EDI messages daily and either resolve or escalate for resolution as appropriate.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
1. Supply Chain qualification is beneficial.
2. Analytical and logical thinker with good problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
3. Self-motivated and capable of making well informed decisions.
4. Power BI experience is beneficial.
5. SAP experience is essential.
