Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, and working as part of a busy recruitment team, you will partner with Hiring Managers to ensure the recruitment needs of the business are met by sourcing great talent and driving a quality candidate experience during the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Partner with designated Keelings Ireland business units to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service for salaried and hourly/operations hiring.
Lead end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and background checks.
Build & foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and priorities, provide progress reports and market guidance throughout the process.
Utilise a variety of souring methods to attract top talent including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build strong working relationships with Operations, HR, Planning and Learning & Development teams to ensure operations recruitment requirements are delivered to meet business needs Utilise the ATS (Occupop) and other tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure relevant information for candidates is up to date on ATS and HR system and generate reports as required.
Support the Head of Recruitment with projects and recruitment campaigns e.g.
Graduate Recruitment, Employer Branding etc.
Engage with preferred recruitment agency suppliers for temporary Operations hiring needs during peak production periods.
Attend relevant Jobs & Careers Fairs to build Keelings Employer profile and attract talent.
Key Skills & Knowledge Minimum 4 years' experience in a busy Recruitment role and ideally at least 2 years' inhouse Experience of direct sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources Experience of hiring for both professional/salaried roles e.g.
Finance, IT, Marketing and Hourly Rate (e.g.
Operations) high volume hiring Demonstrate ability to work at fast pace and adapt to rapidly changing business needs Proficient in utilising an ATS to manage the candidate journey through a hiring process Passionate about delivering excellent customer and candidate experience Ability to build strong internal relationships and partner with Hiring Managers Excellent communications skills and fluency in English Recruitment Process 1.
