Project Manager Belfast - Travel Nationwide (Company Car Provided)
We are working with an award-winning Construction company to appoint a new Project Manager.
The Role
* Project Management: Oversee projects, ensuring compliance with standards, budgets, timelines, and relevant legislation.
* Health and Safety: Implement safety rules, conduct risk assessments, monitor safety practices, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Planning and Organising: Allocate resources, set project timelines, and liaise with customers to manage critical dates.
* People Management: Lead teams for efficient project implementation, review staff performance, and identify training needs.
* Customer and Quality Focus: Build and maintain customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality work standards are met.
The Person
* Rélevant 3rd level qualification in Project Management
* Certified in First Aid, Manual Handling, Driving, NRASWA, SMSTS, SHEA Power
* Experienced in managing large/multiple projects within construction/utilities
* Demonstrable Project Management skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Sound knowledge of H&S, CDM regulations, HAUC and NEC Contracts
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
