Baileys is looking for an experienced commercial leader to premiumise Baileys and adopt Treat Company behaviour to accelerate growth.
There has never been a more exciting time to work on Baileys. The real treat category is culturally hot and an exciting new hunting ground. Transforming the physical presence of Baileys into the stratosphere of real treating, generating strong results, with loads of opportunity to grow further. We are on a journey to premiumise the brand and behave more like a Treat Company than a Cream Liqueur. There is a clear recipe for success with work to take it all to reality:
1. Category: Anchor Baileys in the real, adult treats category with delicious Baileys (part cake; part booze; pure pleasure) at the heart. Demonstrate how Baileys is an adult treat and brand commercially.
2. Shoppers: Disrupt the treat shopper through the shopper journey to drive shown incremental basket size for our customers
3. On trade: Follow indulgence to the on-trade and implement at scale. Baileys, in most markets, fails to secure prioritisation for on-trade activation. You will unlock this opportunity through serve, dispense, compelling customer story and tools.
4. Ecommerce: With increasing consumption in the B2C and B2B channel we need to use our online presence, as its much easier to disrupt shoppers there than in the physical space.
5. Innovation: Perfect launch execution achieving more and more bold innovations.
6. New Markets: Baileys works everywhere and has a broad footprint. However, there are clear gaps in need of commercial leadership. (Africa and APAC markets)
So now we are looking to make the next breakthrough. Bring your tried commercial expertise to a plan that makes our shoppers drool, on trade programs that has guests begging for more and eComm browsers who try and lick their screen, while driving strong NRM performance.
Key outcomes
Ownership of global commercial strategy. Creation and execution of all physical availability tools required to deliver breakthrough performance in market. NRM to fund the journey on the brand.
Core Responsibilities:
7. Partner with developed and developing Baileys markets around the world, jointly crafting physical availability roadmaps and supporting the Global MBP brand planning process
8. Active drive and supervise in bar and in store execution.
9. Partner with agencies to build outstanding Physical availability assets in the world of treats and spirits that is deployed in markets at scale
10. Thought leadership and ambassador of the on trade breakthrough plans in our key markets.
11. Creation and delivery of launch plans for our innovations
12. Work with speed to deliver on time every time for markets.
13. Actively craft and drive the NRM agenda, premiunising the brand across markets and delivering price/mix targets for the total TM as well as brand lead in the Global Pricing Committee.
14. Develop and land an ESG Customer story for Baileys.
15. Launch a Brand Home in Ireland
The role touches a sophisticated Group of partners including GMs, Commercial, Marketing & Supply Chain Directors, Global Brand teams, strategy teams and Innovation at a Global level
Functional capabilities for the role:
16. Experienced commercial savvy, with a number of years Commercial / Customer Marketing experience gained across both market and global roles.
17. Authority in NRM with deep understanding on how to drive gains through pricing, efficiency and COGS
18. Consistent record of influencing skills with validated ability to work with senior partners
19. Shown strategic judgement with the ability to translate strategy into actions.

Essential qualifications / experience required:
24. A number of years commercial experience across commercial and customer marketing
25. Ability to flex operating style across senior collaborators and sometimes junior market brand teams to deliver effective outcomes
26. Local and Global knowledge ideal.
27. This role must be based in Dublin
