We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in Kerry.
Contract Details
* Contract Type: 1-year contract
* Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
* Salary Scale: €26,606 – €42,805 pro rata per annum
* Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum
Role Overview
To provide a wide range of administration supports to the Children's Disability Network Team and Children's Services Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative supports to the Team:
* Provide all necessary administration supports to teams and clinics to include typing of meeting agendas, team minutes and IFSP's, updating Goldmine and service user hard and soft copy records in this regard and any other administration supports as required.
* Provide typing services to support general clinic administration to include:
o Lets, reports, submissions, mailings, memos, agendas, minutes (to include attendance at meetings as required), and any other correspondence as delegated.
o Transcription of medical tapes into typed documents and handwritten forms into typed reports.
* Assist with the preparation of files as requested under FOI and GDPR.
2. The successful candidate will have:
* Qualifications and Experience:
o Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education.
o Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in an administrative role.
o Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and proved ability to adapt to changing computer technology.
o Fluent in both spoken and written English.
o Understand the necessity of good team working.
o Display excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
* Additional Qualifications and Experience:
o Qualification in administration or similar.
o Experience of working in a health care setting.
o ECDL or similar.
