Executive Assistant for Commercial Department
We are seeking a skilled Legal Executive Assistant to join our Commercial department in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities:
* File Management: Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accurate and timely processing of documents.
* Client Billing and Accounts Receivable: Manage client billing, WIP, and Accounts Receivable reports, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
* Diary and Email Management: Coordinate schedules, respond to emails, and manage correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
* Travel Arrangements and Meetings: Organize travel, meetings, and appointments, ensuring smooth logistics.
* Expense Processing: Process employee expenses, maintaining accurate records and adherence to company policies.
* Document Production: Create, edit, and format legal documents and templates, adhering to strict quality standards.
* Client Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient communication.
* Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform various tasks as required by the team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary, PA, or EA.
* In-depth knowledge of Client Billing/Payments systems.
* Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
* A team player who can work independently when needed.
