SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.
About the Role
This is a 12-month contract position that requires a strong background in Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently, and possess effective communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain Toll SAP master data for materials, BOMs, source lists, P-info records, and interact with global and local data stewards to implement relevant data changes.
* Create purchase orders for API/Drug substance or procured product materials and subcontract drug product manufacturing.
* Monitor material movements within Toll SAP plants and procurement of API/Drug substance from bulk manufacturing sites to ensure Sales affiliate demands are satisfied.
* Perform regular inventory reconciliation and adjustments, manage IDOCs, and assist with product returns processes.
* Troubleshoot activities as required, generate/process and update work instructions, and provide training as necessary.
Requirements:
* A third-level degree qualification (Level 8) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS with relevant experience will be an advantage.
* 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Compliance, or Operational roles.
* Good computer-based skills, particularly in SAP or similar applications and MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

* Background in GMP/GDP compliance environment.
* Experience in a multi-national environment.
