Job Summary
This role involves working as a contract ASU Agent, providing 2 days of onsite work and 3 days of remote work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services, specifically in phone-based customer service and home-loan debt resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an assigned portfolio of cases to ensure timely progress toward resolutions for customers.
* Handle general loan administration, inbound and outbound arrears calls, assess financial statements, and draft credit reports.
* Audit information in systems of record and trackers.
* Manage all communication with customers and third parties.
* Complete tasks in compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and SLA/KPI deadlines.
* Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by resolving queries effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
* Previous experience in financial services, particularly in phone-based customer service and home-loan debt resolution.
* Educational Requirements: QFA or APA (Loans) as a minimum.
