About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at a well-established hospitality venue in County Meath.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early-morning service, delivering high-quality breakfast dishes with efficiency and consistency.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve breakfast dishes to a high standard Ensure smooth kitchen operations during morning shifts Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area Manage food preparation and stock for breakfast service Adhere to all food safety and HACCP regulations Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams Requirements: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role Strong knowledge of traditional Irish and continental breakfast menus Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends Excellent time management and multitasking skills HACCP certification preferred Positive attitude and reliability What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of €18 Consistent morning hours and work-life balance Friendly and professional team environment Opportunity to work in a reputable establishment in County Meath
