Job Description
Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store's accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in an accounts administrator role
2. Accounts software experience is desirable
3. Excellent numerical skills
4. Strong data entry skills
5. Strong attention to detail and organised
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Main duties:
1. Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based
2. Oversee and manage the store's accounts including accounts with suppliers, customers and third-parties
3. Manage all invoices
4. Keep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivable
5. Identify and address any discrepancies
6. General administrative duties
7. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
