About the Role
We are seeking a Part-time Facilities Assistant to join our team at a leading Facilities Management company in Dublin 2. As a key member of our facilities function, you will be responsible for ensuring the general upkeep and appearance of our client site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Facilities Manager in delivering facilities services on site, including reporting any gaps in service.
* Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients and staff, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
* Report maintenance issues, issue permits to contractors, and assist with building floor walks, hazard identification, and incident reporting.
* Assist in resolving facilities issues and emergencies, actioning service calls logged with the facilities helpdesk.
* Set up meeting rooms, provide ad hoc support, and complete monthly timesheets, daily/weekly checklists, and site reports.
* Control in-house facilities documentation.
Requirements:
* Experience in Customer Service, Administration, Reception/Events.
* Knowledge of FM services is an advantage.
* Well organised with excellent time management skills.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Fluent English.
* MS Office proficient (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Working Hours:
Part-time post working 2 days (Monday & Tuesday) 10am-5pm (30 mins break), with flexibility to work additional "out of office" hours (evening/weekends) as required during periods of site works.
Hourly Rate: €14.42 per hour.
