Job Description:
The Sales Support Coordinator will work as part of a high-performing team at a Legal & Compliance Business Consultancy firm based in Belfast city centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Assist in essential sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
* Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and ensure smooth execution of projects and client initiatives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-years experience working in a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
Package:
Salary: £25 - £28 K, 20 days holiday + stats, Pension contribution, Ongoing training & development opportunities, Opportunity to travel to London.
