Job Description:Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for medical devices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and clinical experts, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and test protocols.Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues in existing products.Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and medical device technology.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the medical devices industry.Proficiency in CAD software and electrical simulation tools.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience with embedded systems and firmware development.Knowledge of signal processing and biomedical instrumentation.Familiarity with quality management systems and design control processes.
