Change & Transformation Lead - Supply Chain & Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Change & Transformation Lead to drive organisational effectiveness and process improvements across key business areas, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Operations, and Finance. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions, greater efficiencies, and successful adoption of business changes.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead change initiatives and ensure organisational impact is managed effectively.
* Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.
* Ensure people embrace and support changes through engagement, training, and workshops.
* Conduct stakeholder engagement and influence key decision-makers.
* Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management.
