DescriptionThe People Experience Manager will work in partnership with business leadership and across the people team to support Fanatics Betting & Gaming’s (FBG) team member experience strategy. This role will have a unique mix of responsibilities that span across programs supporting FBG’s team culture, engagement and recognition, and internal communications. You will be accountable for analysis, program and communication development and executing the overall experience strategy. Through this work, you will have the opportunity to create programs and influence internal processes that truly impact the culture of Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG).
Responsibilities
Internal Communications
Support and manage internal communication programming, such as employee newsletters, intranet content and supporting Sr. Manager with company All Hands.
Develop and execute creative strategies for communicating to employees, taking into account the needs of different audiences and employee survey data. Support and lead communication plans for key initiatives.
Develop, write and edit communications for the People Team, including emails/Slacks, FAQs and presentations.
Manage company intranet site content and administration, including working with key stakeholders to develop content, defining overall governance and update strategy, and rolling out creative strategies to keep content current and engaging, ultimately increasing usage.
Manage key internal communication infrastructure, such as distribution channels and lists for key groups and stakeholders.
Understand the company’s strategy and voice, and champion the FBG tenets in all communications and channels.
Team Culture + Recognition Program Management
Support and embed FBG’s first Employee Value Proposition through initiatives that drive a better, more inclusive and equitable experience.
Ownership of FBG’s recognition strategy in partnership with the People team, Finance and leadership (including: service anniversaries, milestones, etc.).
Partner with PBPs and broader People Experience team to measure the effectiveness of current programs and continuously utilize internal and external data to enhance programming.
Lead culture initiatives, such as Hack Week and an executive office visit strategy, to drive FBG’s culture and team engagement across our distributed workforce.
Support the implementation (through People Experience team) and adoption of engagement-related programs, processes and strategies throughout the organization focused on enhancing the experience working at FBG.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5-8 years of related experience, including progressive internal communications experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Passionate about employee experience
In-depth understanding of people best practices and drivers of behavior, including adoption and change management best practices
Experience with program management, organization, effective planning and executing of large-scale programs, events, and initiatives
Ability to establish credibility and develop, maintain, and influence at all levels in the organization while building relationships and trust during times of change and transition
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Must travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
