Corporate and Philanthropy Project Leader
Women’s Aid is seeking a Corporate and Philanthropic Fundraising Leader to build and manage relationships with corporate funders and major donors.
Salary: The starting rate for this role is €47,000 - €50,000. The rate is commensurate with relevant experience and aligns with the company's remuneration policy. This position is on the Fundraising Project Leader Scale €41,977-€56,330.
Type: Full-time, permanent.
Location: 5 Wilton Place, Dublin 2 / Hybrid working (5 days out of 10 to be based in the office with flexibility as required).

The Role: Women’s Aid is seeking a Corporate and Philanthropic Fundraising Leader to play a central role in building and managing relationships with corporate funders and major donors. This individual will lead on cultivating and maintaining high-impact partnerships, developing corporate relationships, and prospecting new partners to support the vital work of Women’s Aid. Key responsibilities include crafting pitches, creating bespoke proposals, and delivering engaging presentations to secure corporate support and philanthropic gifts.
The successful candidate will bring previous experience in corporate partnerships, philanthropy, or major giving, with a passion for relationship-building and achieving income targets. This role is ideal for a proactive, motivated professional with a solid understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social Governance (ESG), and philanthropic giving.
