Job Description
Hiring an experienced Medical Receptionist for a busy front desk in Dublin 1. This is a long term temporary contract with a view to permanency and requires an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
1. In person and over the phone, greet and assist patients.
2. Assist doctors, employees, visitors, and patients in a professional manner.
3. Checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and performing maintenance repairs are all part of maintaining a business' inventory.
4. Professionally and courteously answer all phone calls.
5. Maintain the privacy of all information about the doctor, the personnel, and the patients.
6. Doctors and patients should schedule appointments.
7. With prudence and professionalism, communicate with medical departments.
8. During all activities, follow the policies and procedures.
9. Assist with admissions and treatment according to established protocols.
10. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
11. 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist in a healthcare facility.
12. Innovative thinker with good problem-solving and conceptual abilities.
13. Multi-tasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
14. Strong administrative, organisational, and planning abilities.
15. Ability to operate under pressure and respond quickly in an emergency.
16. Working with sensitive information requires the ability to maintain confidentiality.
17. Excellent communication, documentation, and information technology abilities.
18. Dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare.
