WorkCompass is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our team and work directly with our COO to implement and execute the processes that will ensure our customers have a great experience using our software and renew their subscriptions.
This role is very hands-on and carries a renewal revenue target. It is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, has the work ethic to match, and wants to join a small team to build a significant business. Responsibilities
* Engage directly with customers to provide technical product support.
* Onboard new customers by configuring the application based on their needs, adding their data, and training their users.
* Manage the renewal process with existing customers.
* Build a Customer Success Team as the number of users grows. You will start with 1 direct report.
* Identify customers who may not be succeeding and work with them to understand their challenges, improve their experience and retain their business.
* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic customers.
* Evaluate and create new training materials.
* Run Master Class workshops.
* Create new feature announcements.
* Identify opportunities to optimize the application and work directly with the product development team to create and test new features.
* Develop and implement new practices, processes, and tools.
* Manage the product development pathway along with the CTO.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Highly organized and able to multi-task.
* Self-driven and proactive.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
* Experience using a CRM system. Experience using Hubspot is a plus.
* Patient and active listener.
