The Purpose of the Role: The Department of Economics within Trinity College Dublin’s (TCD) School of Social Sciences & Philosophy seeks to appoint three exceptional candidates to the posts of Research Assistant in Economic History. The Research Assistants will work at the Department, as a part of the Government of Ireland-funded cross-border Centre for Economics, Policy and History (CEPH). The Research Assistants will be active in assisting the delivery of CEPH’s research programme.
Post Status: Specific Purpose Contract – Full-time
Reports to: Prof. Gaia Narciso
Salary: Appointment will be made on the IUA Research Assistant Salary Scale at a point in line with Government Pay Policy [€33,291 to €43,372 per annum], appointment will be made no higher than point [1] on the Research Assistant scale.
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
