Job Description: We are seeking a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative with strong analytical skills to manage customer profiles, optimise margins, and set competitive rates.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on maximising sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate quotations via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy and a commercial approach to maximise profitability.Liaise with operations to meet customer needs, resolve enquiries efficiently, and enhance cost-effective solutions.Utilise Azyra automated systems to manage customer data and maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.Build and maintain customer profiles to refine pricing strategies and drive revenue growth.Gather customer insights to improve services and inform business decisions.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to enhance sales performance.Requirements: 2-4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or 3PL.Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) for reporting and data analysis.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A commercially driven mindset with experience in rate setting and margin analysis.A second European language is an advantage.Terms & Benefits: Full-time, permanent role (hybrid work option after probation).Clear career progression opportunities with ongoing training and development.Competitive salary, pension, and benefits package.For a confidential discussion on this or any other current opportunity please contact Nicola Murphy IAC-MAR25
