Key Responsibilities
* Organise and run kitchen services efficiently
* Manage a busy kitchen and team, working collaboratively and independently
* Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience required
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends
Benefits
* Competitive salary between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
