Job Title:
Experienced Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Process all aspects of monthly payroll.
* Manage payroll aspects of starters and leavers.
* Administer the pension scheme, including remitting monthly payments and reconciling contributions.
* Handle health insurance payments and related administration.
* Filing payroll-related paperwork and documentation.
* Address staff payroll queries effectively.
* Collaborate closely with HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in the payroll function.
* IPASS qualification is desirable.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with PAYE Modernisation and ROS.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems.
